Personal Statement
I'm a first year graduate student broadly interested in neural mechanisms underlying memory. I recently graduated from Tsinghua University with a B.S. in Psychology and my undergraduate thesis was an investigation about the influence of encoding state on episodic memory, using single-trial analysis based on scalp EEG data. As a graduate student, I hope to continue in investigating the neural underpinnings of memory and further my skills in techniques such as fMRI and EEG. Outside the lab, I enjoy classical music, indie music and drama.
